Your first step to accessing DivineOnline dashboard is by creating an account. You can create an account from the home page and start a trial period. During your trial period, you will have access to most of the functionality that a paid plan user has.

You will need to select a plan before your trial is over to avoid interruption in your service. You can select a plan at any time or change to a different plan whenever you want.

Church Details

It is important that you keep all your Church information upto date. When users search for your church, they will see your Church details including your address, Church logo and worship times. You can also put links to your social network accounts for users to easily view them throught the app.

To limit access to the number of people joining the app, you can use the App Join Code. When you set a value for this field, users joining the Church through the app must provide this code before they can continue. You can remove the value at any time to remove this restriction.

Payment System for Offering and Donations

To accept offering and donations, you will need to setup the payment system that members will use in giving. We currently provide credit card processing through Stripe and bank transfer.

Stripe is a compliant credit card processing company that makes it easy to accept payments online. If you don't already have a Stripe account, you will need to create one. You can then link your Stripe account in the dashboard to ensure that any money your members give goes directly to your account. We charge processing fee depending on the plan you choose. You can review the fees at our pricing page.

Members can also give through a bank transfer. You can setup banks that you have an account with and provide account details and instructions for transfer. Your members will be directed to the bank's online banking to make a transfer. We don't charge any fee for bank transfer.

Plans and Invoicing

You can choose a plan that best fits your needs before the trial is over. Our plans are charged monthly or yearly. The plan features can be seen at the pricing page.

If you switch to another plan, you will be charged a pro-rated amount for the new plan depending on the time in the current plan that you switched.

An email will be sent to the Church's contact email whenever a plan payment is successful. You will also be able to view invoices for your plan payments in the invoice section of the account menu.

For any unsuccessful payment, you will receive an email letting you know to update your payment card.
